YVONNIE'S HOUSE
Almost hidden in the Breton countryside, Maison Yvonnie is a charming house located in Quemper-Guézennec, in the Côtes-d'Armor department, nestled between nature and the sea. This warm and authentic holiday home in Brittany accommodates up to 6 people and toddlers in a peaceful setting, ideal for a family holiday.
The house, with a surface area of approximately 125 m², retains the spirit of traditional Breton family homes: antique furniture, a fireplace, and a simple, welcoming atmosphere. the garden
The house opens onto a private garden of approximately 300 m², facing the surrounding nature. This outdoor space invites you to fully enjoy sunny days: a garden lounge, an outdoor dining table, two sun loungers and a barbecue allow you to share meals, read in the sun or simply savor the calm of the Breton countryside.
THE ROOMS
Au rez-de-chaussée, trois chambres composent l'espace nuit de cette maison familiale en Bretagne, chacune avec son caractère propre.
Les deux chambres Deluxe sont celles des adultes. Lit double 140 × 190, armoire ancienne sculptée, rideaux en vichy sombre — une atmosphère posée, un peu hors du monde. L'une d'elles s'ouvre directement sur le jardin et est entièrement accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite (PMR). La troisième chambre appartient aux enfants : deux lits anciens aux proportions généreuses — 180 × 110 —, une peinture de campagne accrochée au mur, une armoire de caractère qui semble garder des secrets. Le genre de chambre dont on se souvient longtemps.
En mezzanine, un lit d'appoint peut être installé sur demande — pour un adolescent, un invité de passage, ou quelqu'un qui préfère dormir sous les pentes du toit.
THE BATHROOM
The house features a bathroom with authentic charm, reminiscent of Breton country houses. Equipped with a comfortable shower and a washbasin area, it blends warm materials, brass fixtures, and simple details that reflect the soul of the house.
You will also find welcome products selected by The H Collections, to extend the experience of a carefully designed stay.
The toilets are separate, for greater everyday comfort.
THE KITCHEN
The fully equipped, separate kitchen allows you to live comfortably and simply in the house. It has everything you need to prepare meals and share convivial moments around the dining table. It's a warm and inviting space where you can enjoy cooking with fresh market produce or putting together an impromptu dinner after a day of exploring.
